We like to be transparent in everything we do. This means: fixed turnaround times, a clear step-by-step plan, and transparent pricing. We are also meticulous in our communication with you and with the candidates.


To be sure, sc(k)outing is labour-intensive, but it’s not rocket science. What is it then? Clocking a great many hours, knowing what we’re looking for, and not stopping until we’ve found the right candidate. We focus on the core and… it works.


Skouts only accepts an assignment if we believe we can fill the vacancy. We take responsibility by committing ourselves completely.


We ensure successful matches between organisations and professionals in our own way. Reading CVs is one thing; translating requirements into a search profile is something completely different.

Dream process

‘In 2013, we were contacted by Sonos, a new client for us. For a year, they had been struggling with the vacancy for Accounts Receivable Manager EMEA. In a nutshell: on 1 November we were given a go for the assignment; on 5 November, we introduced our first candidate (Mister X); on 20 November, Mister X received an offer; and, on 1 January 2014, he started his first day of work.’
